Adult Group Lessons
STA provides the most specialized adult group in the GTA. Each week, this lesson will cover a new area to ensure the development of an all-rounded tennis player and zero in on all the details you need to master it. Our coaches are Tennis Canada Certified and have vast experience as both tennis players and coaches. We offer both Beginner and Advanced Adult Group Lessons so there is always a place for you to continue your journey in the sport of tennis. Players will not only learn the technique and skills of every shot but also the knowledge and application of strategy in matchplay.
